Around Town
Vocalist Grazyna Auguscik and accordionist Jaroslaw Bester performed at Kerrytown Concert House on April 20. Their program was a wonderful mix of Classical music (particularly Chopin preludes, sonatas, and mazurkas), Polish folk music, Piazzola, and Bester’s own music, roughly in a Piazzola vein. The two of them worked wonderfully together and expect their upcoming recording to do well.
